Sales Tax
All California residents must pay sales tax in the amount of 8.25%. Our
products are manufactured, assembled and shipped from California.
Shipping Time
Almost all of the artwork and most autographed items are not mass
produced like most other sources.
Our products are produced to order, so from the time we receive and
process the order, pieces may take up to 3-4 business days to ship.
We inspect and wrap each item individually by hand, with the highest
quality packaging materials to Help protect your item during transit.
With the Signature and Champion Series, as well as most of the collages
and the Payne Stewart WWJD items, these items are mostly "in stock" and
will ship quickly.
Shipping & Handling Costs
When you place an order the UPS Ground Shipping and Handling costs will
be added to your order. In the event that you would like to ship your
order Next Day, 2 or 3 Day we will contact you with the additional costs
prior to shipping. These additional costs will be charged to you
separately.
If your order requires multiple packages there may be an additional
shipping cost. Again we will contact you prior to shipping and charge
you separately for that.
Return Policy
We must be notified of any damages or shortages within 48 hour
receipt of product in order to obtain a return authorization. Returned
authorizations are processed through customer service.
Custom orders may not be returned unless we have made
an error or the item has been damaged in transit. Note: Engraving requests are considered custom orders.
You may return an item in its original condition and shipping packaging
within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price
(minus shipping and handling charges) or receive a credit on a future
order. All returns are subject to a (15%) restocking fee, minimum of
$5.00.
A Return Authorization number is necessary to process all returns.
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Before you do anything, send an email to
returns@golfcoursepictures.net with details about your order and
stating the reason for the return,
- A Customer Service representative will reply by email with a
Return Authorization number and instructions on handling authorized
returns.
Non-Authorized Returns
Items that are shipped back to us without following the above policy
will be refused!
Please Note: It is the customers responsibility to pay the return
freight.
We Gladly Accept International Orders!
Because of increased internet fraud, we are requiring proof of card
ownership for ALL NEW International orders. Before we process any NEW
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS we must have a copy of the credit card statement
with the name and address of the customer the order is being billed to
on file.
